Winona's Independent Bookseller

Founded in 2002, The Book Shelf serves Winona and its environs, providing a bright and comfortable space to shop for quality fiction, nonfiction, and children's books.  Originally located on Huff Street across from Winona State University, the store moved to its current location on 2nd Street in May of 2008.  We now cohabitate with The Blue Heron Coffeehouse, Winona's beloved purveyor of organic fair-trade coffee and made-from-scratch cuisine featuring organic and locally-sourced ingredients.
